MUST BE 30 AND UP TO BOOK THIS HOME!!! 1.) Having the correct amount of guest is important for your accommodations. Please put the correct number if people on the reservation, extra fees may apply and or extra guests with be asked to leave or cancellation of your reservation. No more than 8 people in the home at a time. Sleeping no more than 6 people. 2.) This is a drug free property, absolutely NO smoking inside the home * If you must smoke use the porch ($500)fine will apply) 3.)This is a pet free home. No animals are allowed. Breaking these rules could be subject to a $500 fee and or eviction from the unit. 4.)Noise ordinance: No loud noise (talking or music) between 10pm-8am. Be considerate please try to keep the noise at a minimum particularly after 10pm. 5.) DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING FROM THE HOME YOU DID NOT COME WITH! 6.) Early check in (if a applicable) is a $50 upfront fee. No exceptions! 7.) Late check out if there is no expecting guest (with approval and notice the night before is a $50 upfront fee. No exceptions!
