No other guest will be allowed to stay in the home during your stay. This is a booking only for the Cozy home & additional bedroom suitable for 4 guest. Absolutely no parties are allowed in the home. No more than 4 guests may stay at the property please make plans on keeping these house rules.

This newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath home can sleep 4. This home welcomes traveling professionals! Fast Wifi and has a dedicated work space. Also is in a central location with a lot of current ongoing projects, two minutes from hwy 231/431, 2 minutes from A&M university, 11 minutes from the Toyota, 25 minutes from Polaris, 4 minutes from I-565. Perfect place to house a construction project, and crew workers. Washer and dryer is included in the unit. Restaurant and shopping within minutes.

MUST be 30 and up to book this property! Absolutely no Animals or any kind at this time. (Your reservation will be cancelled) Please be sure that the correct amount of guests are your reservation. Fees may apply and possible eviction. Other things to note; Self check in - easily check yourself in once we send you the code to get in the house. MUST BE 25 AND UP TO BOOK THIS HOME!!! 1.) Having the correct amount of guest is important for your accommodations. Please put the correct number if people on the reservation, extra fees may apply and or extra guests with be asked to leave or cancellation of your reservation. No more than 6 people in the home at a time. Sleeping no more than 4 people. 2.)Absolutely NO smoking inside the home * If you must smoke use the porch area ($500) fine will apply) 3.)This is an animal free home. No animals allowed. Breaking these rules could be subject to a $500 fee and or eviction from the home. 4.)Noise ordinance: No loud noise (talking or music) between 10pm-8am. Be considerate please try to keep the noise at a minimum after 10pm. 5.) DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING FROM THE HOME YOU DID NOT COME WITH! 6.) Early check in (if a applicable) is a $50 upfront fee. No exceptions! 7.) Late check out if there is no expecting guest (with approval and notice the night before is a $50 upfront fee. No exceptions! If any of these rules are broken during your reservation it will result in immediate cancellation and eviction from the home with no refund. Thank you for following these rules.
